Creating Stories. Empowering Talent. Reaching the World.

Founder-Funded

Every approved project is financed by our founder.

We take on few projects and commit to them properly.

Human-Led
Every project is directed and made by people.
Technology-Enabled

Modern tools support the work; they don’t replace the makers.

Talent Is Everywhere. Opportunity Is Not.

A finished script, a strong reel and a real point of view are not enough on their own. Most creators stall at the same place: no route to a company that will read the work properly, decide honestly, and then actually produce it.

Discover

We find creative artists, filmmakers, and musicians from every corner of the world.

Support

Financial and technological resources for talented individuals facing challenging circumstances.

Elevate

We connect finished work to global producers, distributors, and audiences.

Fully Founder-Funded. Independently Directed.
QR Entertainment is funded entirely by its founder and does not seek outside investment.

Founder Capital

Projects we approve internally are financed by the founder. There is no fund to raise, no capital call and no third party to convince.

Direct Decisions

Decisions are made by the people who read the work. That keeps the answer honest and the timeline short.

Selective Commitment

We say yes rarely. When we do, the project gets real development time, a proper crew and a finish we are willing to put our name on.

Long-Term Thinking

We build original properties we intend to own and support for years, not one-off deliverables timed to someone else's exit.

Independence is a way of working — not a promise of approval.

Independence does not mean every submission is approved. It means QR has the ability to act decisively when the right opportunity is selected.

How We Work

Four Stages, Start to Release

The same route for every project we take on — so you always know where your work sits and what happens next.

QR Entertainment production in progress on location
Script to Release
  1. Stage 01

    Discover

Every submission is read by our team. We look at the material, the intent behind it and whether we are the right company to build it.

  2. Stage 02

    Develop

Selected work moves into development: script, treatment, visual direction, budget and schedule shaped alongside the creator.

  3. Stage 03

    Fund and Produce

Once a project is internally approved, founder capital is committed and production begins with a professional cast and crew.

  4. Stage 04

    Launch

Post-production, delivery and release planning — positioning the finished work for the audiences and markets it was made for.

Human-Led. Technology-Enabled.

We use advanced tools and responsible AI-assisted workflows to remove friction from the parts of production that slow good work down — so more of the schedule goes to the creative decisions that need a person.

Authorship stays with the people who created the work.

Submitted material is used only to evaluate your project, never to train systems or generate substitutes for it, and no synthetic performer replaces the artists we work with.

Technology assists our team — it does not direct, write or perform.

I started QR to give distinctive work the serious reading it rarely gets and then the means to actually get made.

Quazi Rahman Rubel founded QR Entertainment on a single conviction: exceptional storytelling should not be limited by who a creator already knows. He funds the company himself, reads the work that comes in, and commits to a small slate each year so that every approved project gets genuine development, a professional production and an honest release plan.

Stories Built for the Stage.

Artists, partners, and producers on what it’s like to build with QR Entertainment.

We had one day of studio time and a very tight budget. They didn't make me feel small about either — the treatment was built around what we could actually afford, and the video still looks like it cost triple. The vertical cuts carried our whole release week.

Marcus Webb Independent Artist

I'd been pitching that script for three years. QR was the first company that gave me notes instead of a pass. Eight months later we were shooting in Nevada. I still don't fully believe it happened.

Priya Raman Writer / Director

Working across time zones with a US partner usually means slow email chains and misaligned expectations. This was the opposite clear paperwork up front, and their Miami team handled things we'd normally lose weeks on.
